Kemudian Masukkan tuna aduk2 1 menit. Angkat dan sisihkan.
  2. Saos karbonara: tumis 2 bawang putih cincang dg butter/ margarin sampai harum,.masukkan bawang bombay cincang sampai layu, masukkan susu,kaldu bubuk, mrica, pala, gula, 1 sdm saos tiram sampai agak mendidih, masukkan maizena cair aduk kemudian masukkan keju aduk sebentar cicipi rasanya, bila kurang asin tambah kecap asin. Setelah mendidih segera angkat dan sisihkan.
  3. Rebus spageti dlm air yg ditambah 3 sdm minyak sayur dan 1 sdteh garam, sampai empuk 5-8 menit. Tiriska.
  4. Susun spageti dlm piring, siram dg saos karbonara secukupnya, taburi kemangi segar, susun topping tuna diatasnya.
