Cara memasak Dori Teriyaki (easy n simple)
- Cuci bersih ikan dori, lalu keringkan dengan tisu (asal saja), potong2 ikan dori sesuai selera.
- Panaskan minyak untuk menggoreng ikan, jika sudah panas, masukan potongan ikan di tepung bumbu sambil ditekan2 sedikit ya, goreng sampai matang, lakukan sampai ikan habis.
- Geprek bawang putih lalu cincang.
- Jika semua ikan sudah selesai digoreng, panaskan mentega di wajan baru, lalu masukan bawang putih, tumis sampai harum, lalu masukan air (sy ga takar, dikira2 aja yah, jgn trlalu banyak).
- Masukan saus teriyaki, saus tiram, kecap manis dan saus tomat, garam serta kaldu bubuk, masak sampai mendidih, jika sudah mendidih masukan bawang bombay dan paprika yg sudah dipotong2 sesuai selera, masak sampai sedikit layu, tes rasa.
- Masukan maizena yg sudah dilarutkan dgn sedikit air, sambil diaduk ya, jika sudah kental dan rasa sudah enak, matikan api.
- Siram saus diatas ikan yg telah ditata dipiring.
